TRIPLE BERRY COBBLER
This is the easiest dessert! Here’s why I love it.
- Easy to make with simple ingredients
- Works with fresh or frozen berries
- Perfect balance of sweet and tart flavors
- Crispy, buttery topping
- Great for holidays, summer parties, and family desserts

What Berries Work Best?
Blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, and blackberries are the most popular choices, but you can use any combination you enjoy.

This version used strawberries, blackberries, and blueberries.

CAN I USE FRESH BERRIES?
Yes. Frozen berries are great because they are frozen at the peak ripeness but you can definitely use fresh. Just bake it for less time, around 35 minutes.

Berry Crumble
Ingredients
FRUIT:
- 6 cups frozen mixed berries, unthawed
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
TOPPING:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup brown sugar
- ¾ cup salted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup old-fashioned or quick oats
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350℉. Pour the frozen berries (unthawed) in a 9x13 baking dish. Add the cornstarch, sugar, and lemon zest. Toss well to combine.
- Prepare the topping. In a food processor, pulse the flour, brown sugar, butter, cinnamon, and salt until mixture turns into crumbs. You can also do this by hand by cutting in the butter with a pastry cutter or two forks. Add the oats and pulse barely to combine.
- Sprinkle mixture on top of the berries. Bake 40-45 minutes or until mixture is brown. Let crumble cool for about 10 minutes. This allows the mixture to thicken up. Serve warm with ice cream. Best if eaten soon after baking as the crumble will soften over time.
