BANG BANG CHICKEN
We used to always get Bang Bang Shrimp at a restaurant we loved in Florida. Since I don’t always have shrimp on hand, I thought a chicken version would be great.
This chicken has a sweet and tangy sauce that elevates it from boring chicken! I love eating it with avocado and cucumber to give it creaminess and crunch.
INGREDIENTS:
- BONELESS SKINLESS CHICKEN BREASTS – Seasoned with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- MAYONNAISE – This is the base of the bang bang sauce.
- SWEET CHILI SAUCE – This adds a little heat.
- RICE WINE VINEGAR – This gives the sauce a little tang.
- HONEY – This adds a little sweetness.
CAN I USE OTHER PROTEINS?
Yes, this would be great with shrimp or salmon.
