GROUND CHICKEN STIR FRY

The truth is that an ideal meal for my family looks like a high protein meal with some kind of veggie with the option to add a carb like some cooked rice.
I have a few low-carb eaters and then the rest who don’t care.
I’m not lying when I say I’ve had this ready to eat in 10 minutes. It’s crazy fast.

INGREDIENTS
- GROUND CHICKEN – You could use ground turkey or ground beef as a substitute.
- SESAME OIL
- HOISIN – This can be found in the grocery store in the Asian aisle.
- LOW-SODIUM SOY SAUCE – This helps us control the salt in the recipe.
- RICE WINE VINEGAR
- GROUND GINGER – Yes, you can totally use fresh ginger here but I always have ground ginger on hand not fresh.
- GARLIC CLOVES
- SUGAR SNAP PEAS – I like the crunch this gives but you can also use broccoli or green beans.
- SRIRACHA – This gives it a little bit of spice.
- CHILE – Some of my family loves spice so a little of this goes a long way.

MEAL PREP
You can make this for meal prep and it lasts in the fridge optimally up to 5 days in the fridge.
