This
Skillet Bang Bang Chicken
is a healthier version of the fried classic. All done in a skillet so dinner is minutes away. Make it into bowls over rice with carrots, cabbage, avocado, and green onions.

Ingredients

CHICKEN:
1
lb
boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
1
tablespoon
olive oil
½
teaspoon
garlic powder
½
teaspoon
onion powder
kosher salt and pepper

(about 1 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon pepper)
BANG BANG SAUCE:
¼
cup
mayonnaise
2
tablespoons
sweet chili sauce
1
tablespoon
honey
1
teaspoon
rice wine vinegar
OPTIONAL BOWL INGREDIENTS: cooked white rice, sliced avocado, sliced cucumber, matchstick carrots, purple cabbage, or chives
Instructions
In a medium bowl, add the chicken and olive oil. Toss to coat. Sprinkle with the garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper. Toss to coat.
Heat a large skillet to medium high heat. Add the chicken and cook about 4-5 minutes per side or until chicken is no longer pink.
While chicken is cooking, make the sauce:. Combine all of the bang bang sauce ingredients and add a pinch of salt.
When chicken is done cooking, remove from the heat and toss with 2 tablespoons of the bang bang sauce.
Serve with remaining sauce. You can eat it plain or over steamed white rice with sliced cucumber, avocados, carrots, and chives.
