Caprese on a Stick

I’m always looking for a fresh appetizer or side dish that I can bring to get togethers. These Caprese on a Stick are a bite sized appetizer that everyone loves. I love the traditional Caprese Salad but it always seems to get a little mushy in the tomato area.

That’s why I love these. They’re portable appetizers that are fresh and light! One bite and you’re done.

What is fresh mozzarella?

Fresh mozzarella is a semi-soft Italian cheese made from a cow. Fresh mozzarella is usually stored in its own liquid.

What is a balsamic glaze?

It’s just a reduction of balsamic vinegar. It’s thicker and the flavor is more concentrated.
