BURGER BOWL RECIPE

These juicy burger bowls are everything you love about a classic cheeseburger — but served in a fresh, flavorful bowl instead of a bun! Packed with seasoned beef, crisp lettuce, fresh toppings, crunchy pickles, and a creamy burger sauce.

The truth is I’ve made these for a long time over the years. Sometimes I even put fries in them which the kids think is the best thing ever.

My college son called me and said why don’t you have these on your blog since they are a favorite of his. You’re right!burger bowls

For the Bowls

Add your favorite burger toppings:

  • Romaine lettuce or shredded iceberg lettuce (my son likes this version the most because he said it tastes like a Big Mac)
  • Cherry or grape tomatoes, quartered
  • Red onion, diced
  • Dill pickles
  • Shredded cheddar cheese
  • Cooked bacon (optional but amazing)
  • Burger Sauce- of course it’s all about the sauce. This version is made with lots of seasonings and is so good.
