Corn Pudding the Easy Way

I don’t know about you guys but I’ve never given corn pudding a fair chance. All of my friends who swear they can’t cook, this is your dish to bring to Thanksgiving. It’s almost like cornbread but more moist and well…spoonable.

Make sure to check back tomorrow where I will have the low down on all the dishes you need for your Thanksgiving table.

  1. seriously – everything looks so yummy! just sitting here with ryan drooling over all the photos and wondering where you have all this time to cook….and take pictures….and make it sound go good!

  2. This looks so good. I’d love to have that on my Thanksgiving table.

  3. We have had this every year since I was a kid!!! We call it scalloped corn though-its delish!:)

  4. This is how my mom makes her cornbread, just slices it instead of spooning it out. It’s fantastic!

  5. love, love corn pudding! we have it quite often!

  6. I’m definitely saving this recipe – look great!

  7. I make this all the time. I just made it yesterday to take to my mother in law’s house so she could try it, sort of a test to see if I should bring ti for thanksgiving and she LOVED it. I have also made it using the mexi-corn and added a little cayenne pepper to serve as a side dish with Mexican food since I apparently gave birth to the only person on the planet who refuses to eat rice.

  8. Quick ? – your recipe calls for an 11×17 pan but the photo shows something else. What dish/pan do you use for this please? I am making it today and thought I was using an au gratin dish by looking at the photo until I read the instructions this morning when doing pre work.
