PEPPERONI CHEESE STICK ROLL-UPS
I know it feels a bit inconsistent around here bouncing back and forth from healthy to naughty dishes.
But there’s just so much food and so little time.
I realize that I’m posting about rolling premade dough, pepperoni, and cheese sticks being rolled up and baked. How hard is that?
These are almost like these Pizza Rolls or these Stuffed Pizza Rolls, but definitely the easiest of all of them. I made these for my kids in under five minutes.
But they aren’t just for kids…adults devour them too.
The garlic butter glaze on top is definitely not a necessity but if you are serving them for adults it adds some flavor and makes them look a little nicer.
HOW TO MAKE PEPPERONI CHEESE STICK ROLL-UPS
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Take each triangle of crescent roll dough and place about 6 pepperoni on the bottom of the triangle. Place half of a cheese stick on top and roll up. Place seam side down on a cookie sheet and bake for 10-14 minutes or until golden brown.
- While rolls are cooking, combine the melted butter, Italian seasonings, garlic powder and Parmesan cheese in a small bowl.
- When rolls are done remove from the oven and brush with the garlic butter glaze. Serve with marinara or ranch for dipping.
Arrange the pepperoni on the crescent dough and place half a cheese stick on top.
Roll up and bake.
Bake until golden brown.

I have recently added this to the menu for my housewarming/engagement party! The kids (& adults I’m sure) are going to love these! My only question is how many does the recipe yield? I’m writing up a shopping list now and want to be sure we can make enough of these to go around. 🙂
P.S.- I’m a dork. Rereading, it yields 8. Sorry about that. Still waking up. Looking forward to making these HAHAHA

looks very tasty, I wanted to try this recipe. I also have a sepertitu recipe, you can try it out here
Looks great and really easy to make. Just a question or two… In the video, it looks like your pepperoni is cooked (a little crispy around the edges), but it doesn’t mention that in the recipe. Also, the garlic butter, can you put that on before you bake them?
It’s definitely personal preference if you want to precook the pepperoni or not. You could definitely add the glaze on before baking.
This sounds so tasty and so delicious.. hmmm..,
mmmm.. nyummyy
my mouth get wet for only seee those pictures
Do you cut the pepperoni’s in halves or fourths? I see in the picture you cut yours up!I am about make 5 batches for the first time for dinner! 🙂 🙂 🙂
I do both. I like it better probably in fourths so that it’s easier to eat.
