1half gallon vanilla ice cream, (2 quarts or 8 cups)
Instructions
In a medium bow, mix the Corn Flakes, brown sugar, coconut, and butter together.
In a 9x13 casserole dish layer half of the Corn Flake mixture on bottom. Slice ice cream into 3/4 inch slices and place on top of the Corn Flake mixture. Sprinkle the other half of the Corn Flake mixture on top of the ice cream. Put in the freezer to chill. Serve plain or with whipped cream, sliced strawberries or chocolate sauce.
