package frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry with paper towels

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and grease a 9" baking dish, square or round.
In a large bowl, add all of the ingredients and stir together well.
Bake for 35-45 minutes or until the center is set.
