Preheat oven to 450 degrees and grease a miniature muffin pan.
With a mixer or food processor, blend the butter, sour cream, and flour until well combined. The dough may seem dry but will come together after mixed well.
Roll about 2 tablespoons of dough into a ball and then place it in the muffin tin.
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.NOTE: For mini biscuits, roll a tablespoon of dough into a ball and place in a mini muffin tin. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes
If you don't have self rising flour, you can make your own. For each cup of flour you add 1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Makes 18 mini biscuits
