Denver Omelet

This Baked Denver Omelet is conveniently baked in a round cake pan or pie dish. Instead of fussing over individual omelets, it can be made easily for a crowd.

  • 2 Tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup onion chopped
  • 1/2 green, red, or orange bell pepper chopped
  • 1 cup diced cooked ham
  • 8 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk (use cream for Keto)
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • salt and pepper


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees and spray a 9 or 10 inch round pan or pie plate with cooking spray.
  2. In a skillet, melt the butter and add the onion and bell pepper. Sautee a few minutes until soft. Add the ham and cook until heated through.
  3. In a large bowl, beat the eggs and milk together. Add the cheese and ham mixture and stir to combine. Add salt and pepper.
  4. Pour mixture into prepared pan and bake for 20-25 minutes or until eggs are done. Cut into slices and serve.
