In a large bowl, add the chicken, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and salt. Toss to coat.
Add the remaining 2 tablespoons olive oil in a 12-inch skillet with a lid and heat to medium-high heat. Once oil is hot, add the chicken in a single layer. Cook for about 3-4 minutes per side or until done. Don't move the chicken on the first sear so until time to flip so it gets a nice crust. Remove chicken when done to a plate and cover with foil to keep warm.
Immediately add 1 cup of water to the skillet and add the green beans. Bring to a simmer, cover and cook for about 5 minutes or until green beans are tender.
While green beans are cooking, stir together the honey lime butter. When green beans are done, remove lid and add about 2 tablespoons of the butter, sauteeing for 1-2 minutes.
Add the chicken back to the pan to warm over medium heat. Once chicken is warm, remove from heat and drizzle chicken with remaining honey lime butter. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
