2tablespoonsalmond milk, (or milk of choice, or cream)
1/2cupsugar free chocolate chips, (I like Lily's)
Instructions
Cream the butter, sugar and vanilla together in a mixer.
Add the coconut flour, vanilla protein powder, peanut butter, and salt; mix together. Add the milk until you have reached a doughy consistency (results will vary based on brand of protein powder).
Fold in the chocolate chips. Form into balls. Store in the fridge or freezer.

NUT ALLERGY
You can omit the peanut butter if you like. It tastes great without it too but we all agreed that we preferred the peanut butter version.

Yes. We have tested this. Although there isn't an egg in these you can bake these. Bake at 350 degrees F for 6-8 minutes. Let cool slightly on the pan. Eat warm.
