PB&J Smoothie
If your kids love peanut butter and jelly sandwiches they will love this PB&J Smoothie. This is a healthy smoothie great for a snack or special treat!

frozen underripe bananas

tablespoons
natural peanut butter

tablespoon
100% fruit spread

Pour the milk into a blender. Cut the bananas into slices and add them to the milk.

Add the peanut butter and fruit spread. Blend until smooth.
