Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken that is tender, spicy, and great as a sandwich, to top nachos, or just by itself. Five minutes of prep for this delicious chicken.
Place chicken in a slow cooker. Add the buffalo sauce, Ranch seasoning mix, and butter. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
Shred chicken and return to slow cooker. Serve with extra buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, blue cheese dressing, or blue cheese crumbles on hamburger buns if desired. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
