Buffalo Sloppy Joes
are a spicy twist on a traditional sloppy joe sandwich. Instead of ground beef, you can use ground chicken or turkey with a spicy sauce and topped with blue cheese or ranch dressing.

finely chopped yellow onion

garlic cloves

tomato sauce

Buffalo sauce

Instructions
In a large skillet, brown and crumble meat, onion, celery, and carrot until meat is no longer pink. Add the garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
Stir in the tomato sauce, hot sauce, brown sugar, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce and pepper until warm.
Serve on buns with crumbled blue cheese, blue cheese or ranch dressing, or additional Buffalo sauce if desired.
