3earscorn, cooked and sliced off the cob, (see notes on how to cook corn)
1redbell pepper, sliced into 1 inch strips
grated Parmesan
basil for garnish
Instructions
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the sausage and gnocchi and let sit and cook without flipping for 3-4 minutes. Flip and cook for a few more minutes until sausage is brown. Remove with a slotted spoon to a plate and leave about 1 tablespoon of oil in the pan.
Add the zucchini and to the pan and start cooking for 2-3 minutes over medium-high heat. Add salt to taste. Remember that the sausage is salty but the zucchini does need some seasoning.
After the zucchini has gotten a head start cooking add the corn and bell pepper. Continue to cook for 2-3 minutes. Add the sausage and gnocchi back in to heat through. Sprinkle Parmesan to taste and garnish with basil.

HOW TO COOK CORN ON THE COB
THERE ARE MANY WAYS THAT YOU CAN COOK CORN AND HERE ARE THE WAYS HOW:
Bring a pot of water to boiling and boil the corn for 3-5 minutes.
Grill the corn over medium high heat for 3-5 minutes.
Keep the corn in its husk (or a damp paper towel) and microwave for 3-5 minutes. It steams the corn.
Cut the corn off the cob and saute in a pan with a little oil for 3-5 minutes.
