This Peach Burrata salad is filled with peaches, burrata, tomato, bacon, and onion. The flavors compliment each other perfectly!
Take Burrata out of the fridge and let sit in a bowl or on a plate for 15-20 minutes before serving. Burrata is best served closer to room temperature to get the full flavor.
In a large shallow serving bowl, layer the greens. Place the Burrata pieces on top. Layer with the sliced peaches, bacon, tomatoes, and onions.
Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper making sure to season the burrata pieces well. Drizzle with balsamic glaze and eat.
If peaches are out of season, here are some winter fruits you could substitute. However, tomatoes are sweet on their own so you could leave out the fruit.
Pears, oranges, apples, kiwis, pomegranates.
