This Hot Fudge Sauce is a rich and smooth chocolate sauce with a caramel undertone. An easy, tried and true recipe! Pour this Hot Fudge Sauce on ice cream, brownies, or with a spoon!
In a medium sauce pot, add the butter, evaporated milk, sugar, and cocoa powder. Bring to a boil. Once mixture is to a boil, cook for 7 minutes whisking intermittently.
Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla.
Pour mixture into a blender and blend for 2-4 minutes. Great over ice cream. Mixture will thicken when cooled. If you want to thin it out just heat in the microwave.
