Instructions
Preheat oven to 375° and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
Measure oats, and blend in a blender or food processor to a fine powder - set aside. Cream the butter and both sugars. Add eggs and vanilla, mix together with the ground up oats, flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Stir in chocolate chips, milk chocolate bar, and pecans.
Roll into balls, and place two inches apart on the cookie sheet.
Bake for 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool slightly on baking sheets. Then, remove to wire racks to cool completely.
