Garlic Mustard Sirloin

Get your grill on with this lean Garlic Mustard Sirloin. It's an easy dinner ready in under 30 minutes that is packed with flavor and protein.

Ingredients

Marinade:

  • 2 tablespoons whole grain mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 1/2 lbs top sirloin roast or steaks (see note)

Instructions

  1. Add all of the marinade ingredients to a large bowl and stir to combine. Add the steaks and marinade 15 minutes or longer.

  2. While meat is marinating, preheat grill to medium-high heat and oil the grate.

  3. Grill steaks for 4-5 minutes per side or until desired doneness (medium = 160 degrees and  medium rare =145 degrees).

Recipe Notes

It's less expensive to buy a big roast and cut into your own steaks.
