Nacho Chicken

This Nacho Chicken is basically nachos on top of chicken! Think of it as making your favorite snack a little healthier by adding some protein. This only has a couple of ingredients and is so easy. It's ready in less than 30 minutes.

  • 4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (see Note)
  • 1/2 cup chunky salsa
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup crushed tortilla chips
  • 1/2 cup shredded Mexican cheese
  • (optional) guacamole


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Place chicken on foil-covered baking sheet.
  3. Top each chicken breast evenly with salsa, sour cream and tortilla chips.
  4. Bake 20 minutes. Remove from oven; sprinkle with cheese. Bake 10 minutes or until chicken is done and juices run clear. Top with guacamole if desired.

Recipe Notes

Notes: Make sure your chicken breasts are thin. I buy the ones from Costco which are really thick so I half them lengthwise to make thin breasts.
