Bacon Cheeseburger Mini Boats

These Bacon Cheeseburger Mini Boats take your regular taco up a notch! Beef, bacon, cheese, and all your favorite burger toppings in one taco.

Yield 12 mini tacos


  • 4 strips of bacon
  • 3/4 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 small onion, diced
  • 2 teaspoons Worchestershire
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 12 Old el Paso Taco Boats mini soft flour tortillas
  • 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Toppings: lettuce, tomato, mustard, ketchup


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook bacon in a skillet until done and drain on a paper towel.
  2. In a skillet, brown the beef and onion until done. Drain. Add salt and pepper to taste. Remove from heat. Stir in the Worchestershire, ketchup, and mayonnaise.
  3. Place the mini soft flour tortillas on a baking sheet. Divide meat mixture evenly into the boats and sprinkle with the cheese.
  4. Bake for just a couple minutes or until cheese melts.
  5. Remove from oven and top with crumbled bacon, lettuce, tomato, and mustard (or whatever toppings you like).
