Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Rolls sections of foil into wide cones.
Unwrap crescent dough and roll the crescent dough seams together. Cut into 8 strips.
Starting at the bottom of the foil start wrapping into a cone shape making sure to make the top wide so you can stuff it. Place on prepared pan.
Bake for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown. Cool. Carefully remove foil from inside. Fill with chicken salad or desired filling. Add parsley to the top to complete the carrot.
