8ouncesqueso fresco, crumbled (feta can be used as a substitute)
2tablespoonsOld El Paso™ taco seasoning mix(from a 1 oz package)
On a large platter, drizzle the oil olive and lime juice.
Sprinkle the tomatoes, cilantro, onion, and queso fresco on top. Add the taco seasoning and mix together with a spoon. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve with tortilla chips or sliced flour tortillas.
