These Green Chile Chicken Sliders are perfect for game day!
Green chilies are the secret ingredient to make these sliders spicy! I think the one thing that people don’t like about chicken burgers is the texture. They’re too moist! But I’ve got that problem solved. The secret to making these amazing is to add some breadcrumbs and Panko breadcrumbs to give them a crispy texture.
You can make your sliders as big or little as you want.
Grill these until they’re golden brown. If you don’t have a grill, you can cook these on a stovetop.
Top with pepper jack cheese, salsa, and guacamole!

Born in raised in NM….I love some green chile!
Just wanted to let you know, in both you titles you spelled chile with an i. “Chili”.. that’s what goes on hot dogs! Hehe. New Mexicans have a sensitivity to the spelling.
Recipe looks so yummy!
Ahh. That’s mortifying. The recipe title copies the title of the post automatically. No more late night typing for me. Thanks!
Yum – thank you and have a great weekend.
You too!
Aah… I have to try your trick since I’m not a big fan of chicken burgers. I always keep cans of green chilis so now all I need is the ground chicken. Your burgers look great!
It really helps!
