Eleven years ago when I was single and a bowl of budget friendly broccoli was considered dinner, I never imagine that someday my husband would request that I make this. He saw it in his Muscle & Fitness magazine and ripped it out for me to make for Father’s Day but I made it early.

- 1 lb 85% lean ground beef
- Montreal steak seasoning
- 2 large eggs
- 1 avocado
- ½ cup salsa
- 1 cup Mexican shredded cheese
- Preheat your grill. Mix 1-2 tablespoons of seasoning into the beef in a large bowl. Shape two hamburgers out of the ground beef (or smaller ones if you don't want one gigantic burger). Grill burgers until desired doneness.
- While burgers are grilling fry your eggs in a skillet until yolks are slightly set but still runny. Top each grilled burger with one fried egg, half and avocado, half of the salsa, and half of the shredded cheese.
