ASIAN MEATBALL RECIPE

These meatballs are Asian inspired and so easy you can make them for a weeknight meal.

HOW TO MAKE THESE

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking dish with parchment paper or grease it.meatball ingredients

Ingredients

MEATBALLS:

  • 1 lb ground turkey, (ground chicken can be used too)
  • 1/2 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons sliced green onions
  • 1 tablespoon low sodium soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon ground ginger

SAUCE:

  • ¼ cup low sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger

(OPTIONAL) sliced green onions and sesame seeds for serving
